Patients suffering from terminal and chronic illness, as well as their families can benefit from the services offered by the Hospice of Santa Barbara. There are many programs here that concentrate on the needs of the kids struggling with either the upcoming or recent passing of someone they love. Statistics show that approximately 20% of children under the age of 18, have someone dying. Additionally, 1 in 20 children can lose both parents before they become adults.
